Privacy

This page explains what information this website collects and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

This is a working draft pending final review once the business entity and domain are confirmed. It describes how the site is actually built today.

Free accessibility check

• The address you enter. We open that page in a cloud browser, take a screenshot and run automated tests.
• The page’s result and screenshot are kept for 24 hours so that anyone who checks the same page in that time gets the result straight away instead of a new check. They describe the public page as anyone sees it without logging in; nothing about you or your visit is part of them. You can always ask for a fresh check.
• A summary of the results (page address, title, score and finding titles) is stored for 72 hours so you can refer to it in the assistant or attach it to a message, then deleted.
• Abuse-prevention records. To keep the check free and limited to one per visitor per day, we store keyed hashes of a random visitor ID, your IP address and network, plus your network’s ASN and the site checked. Hashes can’t be reversed into the original values. These records are deleted after 30 days.

Cookies

We set one functional cookie containing a random visitor ID, used only for the limits described above. We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies.

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data about your browser to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Contact form

When you send a message, we store your name, email, website, what you need, your message and, if you chose to include it, your free-check summary. We use this only to reply and follow up on your request, and we keep it as long as needed for that conversation and any resulting work. Ask us to delete it at any time.

Please don’t send passwords, payment details or other people’s personal information through the form.

AI assistant

The assistant is an AI model, not a person. Messages you type, and the summary of your own free check if you have one, are sent to the model provider to generate a reply. We don’t keep chat transcripts on our side; we only count messages to apply usage limits. Don’t share sensitive personal, health or financial information in the chat.

Service providers

The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, database, browser rendering, spam protection and, once configured, email delivery). The AI assistant uses a model provider through our own server; the provider receives your chat messages.
